Overview
Most digital learning tools assume that users already know the basics. For older adults, even a single interaction can feel intimidating. The redesign of TutorAl focused on empathy and accessibility. Larger visual cues, clearer language, and a conversational flow helped make technology feel approachable. The goal was not to teach faster, but to help learners feel seen, supported, and capable.
